Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?

We offer a 14 day free trial where you have access to all features. When we say free, we mean free. No credit card, contract, or signature required. 

What happens at the end of my trial?

You can upgrade to a paid plan any time during your 14-day trial period. If you haven’t upgraded at the end of 14 days, your trial account will be automatically deactivated. We don’t collect credit card info when you start a trial, so you don’t need to worry about being charged.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diners. You can also request an invoice when  payments are over 1000 euros. For more details, reach out to sales@getactually.com

What if I want to cancel my service?

No problem. If you decide Actually isn’t for you, simply cancel before your next billing period. Unfortunately, we can’t refund you for partial use or the amount of time left in your subscription.

What languages is Actually available in?

It  is currently available in English, Finnish and French. We provide support in English and in Finnish.
